Super Squeegee Referral Program
Every existing customer (hopefully you) that refers a new customer, will get a $10 credit applied to their account. Existing customer will get credit applied to account AFTER new customer has paid in full for any cleaning service. Credit can only be used for cleaning services which currently include window cleaning, gutter cleaning, and solar panel cleaning. If an existing customer refers 4 new clients to Super Squeegee that customer will receive a free exterior window cleaning.
There's no cards or apps to mess with, everything will be kept on my cloud-based customer management software.
Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with the results of your services (see specific service page for what is included) Super Squeegee will return to clean any unsatisfactory portions free of charge IF notified within one week of original work date. (Redeemable for one free re-cleaning per customer)
Rain Guarantee
Similarly, if your windows are dirtied by the weather, Super Squeegee will come out and re-clean any affected windows free of charge IF notified within one week of original work date.
(Applies to all outside residential cleanings or monthly commercial services. Each customer eligible for one free re-cleaning per season.)
Frequent Cleaner Program
Any residential customer who wishes to maintain their property will receive a 5-10% discount on any services that have been previously completed within 3 months of scheduling.
For example- Customer has windows cleaned in September but wants them cleaned again in December right before the holidays. The December cleaning will be at a 5-10% discount.
